My name is Alex and I write prose and poetry. The purpose of this website is its blog, where I share things from essays to poetry. I started writing poetry about a year ago, but I am quickly finding my voice and I cannot wait to share this experience with you. About Purpose My name is Alex and I write prose and poetry. The purpose of this website is its blog, where I share things from essays to poetry. I started writing poetry about a year ago, but I am quickly finding my voice and I cannot wait to share this experience with you. I am diagnosed with OCD, MDD, PTSD, ASD, GAD, and ADHD. Like any human, I struggle sometimes. My thoughts need somewhere to go, which is why writing has always been my outlet. I express myself in my journals, my notes app, my unpublished fiction, and now in my blog. I am doing what I've always done but making it public. Welcome to my journal!
