MEN BLAMING WOMEN There is a mental health crisis among men - as there is for all genders - but some are placing blame where it does not belong. This essay discusses topics about men's mental health and the men who pretend to care about it only when it gives them the opportunity to illogically blame women as a whole for their struggles. THE FEAR OF WEAKNESS An essay about the toxic masculinity instilled into boys from a young age and the once innocent men in your life being sucked into manosphere rabbit holes.

Here's a brief history of the website's design. This screenshot was taken early 2022. This was back when I thought making everything red and grayscale would make me cool and mysterious. To be fair, I did write mostly horror back then — but it was mostly to seem cool. I no longer go by "A.M. Gonzalez" — a name I originally went with because there were already famous people (a baseball player and a drummer) with my name. Of course, this was when I was privy to the fact that I wasn't going to somehow finish a book in three months and blow up on BookTok. I'm still working on a novel I started in 2021. It's tough doing your first one. Let's talk about that design, eh? I also had no concept of the fact that things should not be on the bleeding edge of the screen. Also, I don't even remember what the fuck Daunt is about.
